History of youtube

Youtube is the biggest video sharing platform. It is the second largest search engine after google.Youtube gives the every person to share there talents. We can easily search,whatever we want and can get much more information.

Youtube is created by the three employes of  paypal ,Chad Harley, Steve Chen, Jawed Karim

2.  Where did the concept of youtube cam from?

According to the media the concept of youtube had came in 2005, when there is the dinner party at steve chen house, but he has the problem to shaere the video which was shoot at the party. Steve chen friend  jawed karim can’t attend the party. But he can’t saw the video.

 Due to this problem they had decided to make a video sharing website where big files can be share.They had inspired from the online dating website hot or not and there website. The domin of youtube was registed in 14 febuary 2005.

 The frist video upload on youtube was on 23 April 2005 by jawed karim. The title of that vido eas me at the zoo which was about 18 sec. Between november 2005 to april 2006 youtube got the investor and invested 11.5 million $.At frist the head office of youtube was at second flour of one resturent. After some time in November the company name seavoia capital invested 3.5 million $. After that December 25 youtube was launched legally. At that time in one day 8 lakh views came.

In October 2006 google had announced ton take youtube. Then in 13 november 2006 google had officially took the youtube.

In may 2007 youtube had started pratner program which was related to google adsense. According to nthis program the ads will appears in creators video. The income from adsense was divided in 45:55 ratio. 45%  was taken by youtube and gave 55%  to creator.

From 2010 online streaming was started on youtube. At that time they have live stremed 7 live match video of IPL. In 31 march 2010 to make the website user friendly the interfrance of youtube was changed. At that time 2 Billion people per day watchn video from youtube.

Now in 2020 largest platform for people. Large number of youth are interested towards the youtube. Youtube have changed  the life of many people. If we used the youtube properly on one can stop us to get better information and knowledge.
